The thought of chasing people you know to join up is what tends to make people wary about joining an MLM. Having to talk unfamiliar people and trying to get them to join up is just as bad for many. An MLM stipulates that you list out everyone you know and they will have to be approached to join as well – this does not please most newcomers. Not everyone who knows you would like to join an MLM group as everyone is not a supporter of network marketing. So many people are wary about network marketing though they might just try the product.
