4 Reasons Why 95% Of All Network Marketers Fail…!

Written by Donnie Boots on October 11th, 2009

There are a lot of reasons why people doing network marketing fail but those can be broken down into 4 main reasons. You might think that your lack of success, or not having reached your full potential has to do with the programs and products you are involve din and that is incorrect.

Reason #1 for network marketing failures has to do with your network marketing and recruiting methods. If you’re doing what everyone else is doing, which is acting like a peddler, then you’ll never stand out form the crowd. If you’re not branding yourself then you are a peddler, not a recruiter.

The second most important missing element from most network marketers’ businesses is cash flow. If you don’t have a positive incoming cash flow then you will get frustrated and eventually quit. What you need to do here is increase your cash flow so you can further your reach and get more prospects to your sites.

Reason #3 is poor leads generation. Without leads, you don’t have prospects which means you don’t have any way to create, then increase your cash flow. Generating network marketing leads can be done in hundreds of ways, and that’s not an exaggeration.

Generating network marketing leads can be done via offline and online marketing and there are hundreds of places and venue to prospect and recruit offline. Online marketing and prospecting can be done in many different ways, too since there are no less than 5,000 companies you can write about to get traffic from.

The 4th missing element to many network marketing businesses has to do with a poor business model. With a network marketing business you need to develop a leads generation system that sends prospects through a marketing funnel or a funded proposal.

When you market a funded proposal, there’s no doubt that you will start to see an increase in your cash flow. A funded proposal is absolutely crucial to your success because it monetizes and creates cash flow from the vast majority of the prospects that never end up joining your primary program.
