Mike Dillard and His Magnetic Sponsoring Concept

Network marketing used to be full of cliches and old-fashioned doctrines. But with the introduction of technology, viable concepts are sprouting like mushrooms. One of the best so far is Mike Dillard’s radical concepts.

Old Plot – With A Twist

Mike Dillard, in his book “Magnetic Sponsoring”, gives the old story a new twist. He focuses the attention of the prospective marketer on other sources to build their market, and offers systems that are “duplicatable.” The networker, however, has to bear in mind that while systems are always “duplicatable”, the human factor is always an unknown – that is to say, what can work for one may not work for another.

Mike Dillard’s attraction marketing professes that the key is to search for the perfect strategy to build a “fresh” market. To be able to lure a fresh market, you have to be skilled in the art of self-presentation. Thus, your charms and a winsome smile could launch a thousand ships. He also advises the usage of new marketing tools offered by the Internet.

Expect Only As Much As You Can Give

Network marketing has been getting a bad reputation these past few years due to its lack of profitability. One should understand that network marketing is also a business venture, and this may or may not succeed. A lot of misconceptions have been founded around network marketing, that’s why most people are afraid of it. The recruiters/upline’s job should be to show the ropes on how it can all be done. Believe me, it can be done, but it’s not an overnight thing, so your expectations should be realistic.

What is there left for you to do as a recruiter? Other than train and support your downline, all that is left for you to do is be successful at YOUR OWN enterprise. Attract them and be a model for them to follow, and yet follow at their own pace and in their own way.
