People who buy your products every month because they like them, as opposed to having to, because they have a minimum requirement, are more important than anything else. This will help you build a foundation. As this group grows, it is also a built in lead system. As people use more products, they will become more interested because of their own needs instead of you constantly chasing them to become a distributor. You can see how shipments are done. Are they on time and complete? Do you get your commissions on time and accurately? These are crucial to know before you start building an army of distributors that fully expect that their new business is going to run like a clock! You may be able to learn there, but the worst case is that you will likely find someone that is helpful and you can get trained.
