Numis Network Compensation Plan: Making Sense?
Written by Roger Silen on September 26th, 2009Multilevel marketing programs come in a lot of different forms. For people not used to looking at MLM compensation plans they can be more than a little confusing. I would classify the Numis Network compensation plan a hybrid as it has both binary and direct/unilateral compensation plan elements.
The main bulk of the Numis Network compensation plan is a fairly traditional binary system. With binary compensation plans you receive commissions based on the performance of the weakest leg in your organization. Legs are made up by the distribution of your downline recruits. Binary systems encourage cooperation instead of competition between distributors which is always a plus.
There is also a direct recruitment bonus in the Numis Network compensation plan. Essentially you receive a percentage of any bonus recruits might qualify for from the binary system. This means that if you are highly skilled at recruiting you can in fact earn some bonus for your recruits in both legs of your downline network.
The common complaint with binary systems is that proficient recruiters receive no compensation for their highest performing leg, and this allows them to generate revenue based on their recruitment regardless of where in the binary plan they wind up.
The Numis Network compensation plan is actually made up of a relatively small number of “levels.” While some MLM businesses have in excess of 10 or 15 levels to their compensation plan the Numis plan only has five. This means it is easier to make it to the top level where your commission percentages and earnings are potentially highest. Unlike some other MLMs there is no executive pool based on total sales for the company.
There is also the qualified trainer bonus system in the Numis Network compensation plan. This bonus kicks in every time one of your recruits makes the decision to become a qualified trainer. Not only do you receive a commission when your recruit decides to get trained, you receive a smaller commission any time one of their recruits decides to be trained as well.
Obviously the largest percentages and commissions are found at the highest levels of the Numis Network compensation plan. Compared to some MLM businesses I have looked at the Numis plan is relatively small, meaning it is possible to reach the top in less time. However since the “top” is so much more attainable you will not find the Pool bonuses found in other compensation plans.
Making it to the top of the Numis Network compensation plan is not difficult if you know how to market well. With effective marketing techniques it is well within possibility to achieve financial success with any MLM product and that includes the Numis Network.
